CITI Training

Before joining the lab as a research assistant, you will need to complete a research training course online.

If you are a graduate student, please complete the Group 2: Socio-Behavioral-Educational Researchers (and students) courses.

If you are an undergraduate student, please complete the Group 2: Socio-Behavioral-Educational Researchers (and students) courses.

Instructions:

1. Register on CITI. Click here for further instructions on how to register.

2. Once registered, visit the CITI website and select "Register for the course."

3. Select University of Houston as your institution.

4. UH students only: for the training record to be automatically pulled into your ICON account, you must use your UH email address ending in uh.edu. 

5. There are four options for human subject research training, select the one appropriate for you (Socio-Behavioral-Educational Researchers.

6. Once completed, CITI will send you a PDF copy of your certificate of completion. Please forward this to Dr. Frankel.
